Terms of service.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following salon policies -

Before booking - please ensure you meet our pre treatment requirements (found under FAQ on website) if you arrive to an appointment and we cannot treat you due to one of the reasons stated online - you will be expected to pay for your appointment to ensure our staff are paid for their time.

Packages must be claimed within 1 year from purchase date.

Treatments must be paid for in full at the end of your treatment either via bank transfer or cash.

No cancellations or changes can be made to appointment without 24 hours notice. Failure to adhere will result in loss of deposit. Failure to show to appointment (no show) will result in you being charged 100% of scheduled treatment cost which will be charged to your saved card. If this is not possible, you will be expected out of good faith to pay from your end. Without honouring this, you will not be able to rebook until this is paid.

Please arrive on time, if you are early please wait in your car. If you are running late please let me know and understand that this could effect the quality of your treatment. More than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will be charged a no show fee.

Do not bring children, animals or plus ones. This is due to the safety of everyone, we do not have enough protective gear to cover friends and fur family members.

Please park flush on the road, parking wardens have handed out parking tickets to those who lift their wheels on the footpath. It would be greatly appreciated if you did not park on my neighbours front grass areas either, this is a residential area and I dont want to upset any of my lovely neighbours.
